Orlando Utilities Commission - OUC The Reliable One. For the sixth year in a row, OUC - The Reliable One has lived up to its name by providing the most reliable electric service in Florida. Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) is offering all community-based, non-profit groups (i.e. youth groups, civic organizations, environmental groups, etc.) the opportunity to sell light bulbs this spring. Community groups will take bulb orders and collect advance payments, and OUC will provide the bulbs to the community groups at the wholesale cost. Groups can expect to earn $2.00 for every bulb or $6.00 for every 3-pack they sell. Register today>
